Oink! Oink! The bow itself is two layers and is approximately 4.5" wide. The face, ears, and tail are embroidered on felt. This bow can be mounted on a partially lined alligator clip or a (3") French Barrette. Side: Please indicate if the bow will be worn on the right or the left side of the child's head. Why? The pig will be upside down if you put your child's hair back to one side and you order the wrong side. If you are simply wearing the bow above a ponytail, then the side doesn't matter. If you pull her hair back to HER right, then you need a right bow, etc. All of my bows are heat sealed for NO FRAYING! All items come from a smoke-free home.
